After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Diploma in Administration & Marketing Management, Nicco pursued a career in sales and project management - initially in marketing and advertising and latterly in senior roles in the hospitality industry. He has spent over two decades living and working all over the world and is a fluent speaker of Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, English, Italian and Intermediate Mandarin. These multilingual skills and exposure to other cultures help him to better communicate with and serve customers from diverse backgrounds. His past studies have also encompassed architecture, film production and information technology equipping him with significant expertise to tap into.

Nicco’s past track record as a licensed apartment broker, and high-level management consultancy roles in the hospitality industry provide him with a vast skillset to draw on. He has immense credibility when dealing with high-net worth investors, businesspeople and developers maintaining uncompromising standards of excellence. Nicco is customer-service oriented and thinks strategically, deftly balancing a range of tasks as he takes his clients through the process of selling their properties. He relishes the dynamic fast-paced and high-stress world of real estate.
